1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? Graduated from College, lived at the beach
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? never really make them, but hope to get back on the wagon with Weight Watchers
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? I don't think so
4. Did anyone close to you die? My Great Grandmother, her 100th Birthday was New Year's Eve, Dec 31, 2005
5. What countries did you visit? Is Western Virginia considered a different country?
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? More motivation
7. What dates from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? May 13th (Mother Tower's Death), May 15th - graduation from Purdue
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering, Dean's List . . and now my Fellowship at Virginia Tech
9. What was your biggest failure? Gaining the weight I lost
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? can't think of anything
11. What was the best thing you bought? "my car", a dozen roses for my mom's 50th
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? Tom, for signing up for the marines
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Robbie, he is going to hate himself when he grows up for his current habits
14. Where did most of your money go? Living, actually probably the security deposit and monthly rent
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? graduating, travelling, Jan's Wedding
16. What song will always remind you of 2005? "Say It Ain't So" by Weezer
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder?: sadder about certain things
b) thinner or fatter?: fatter
c) richer or poorer? richer
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? working on my research
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? sitting on my ass, binging and feeling sorry for myself
20. How did you spend Christmas? Grandma's in Richmond, then home with mom's family, TYPICAL
21. How will you be spending New Years? In Chicago with Kelley and Sarah! YAY!
22. Did you fall in love in 2005? definitely not
23. How many one-night stands? 2, maybe a third that turned into a one-month night stand
24. What was your favorite TV program? Gilmore Girls.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? No.
26. What was the best book you read? Coffee Will Make You Black
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? certain Country Songs
28. What did you want and got? car, laptop, new (and awesome) friends
29. What did you not want and got? extra poundage
30. What was your favorite film of this year? Rent, I went looking for what movies actually came out in 2005, and it was slim-pickin's for good movies . .
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? 24, and I went to Purdue to watch us lose to Northwestern, but then hang out with some of my best friends at some of the best places!
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? getting some in the second half
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? it has degraded as I have come to live in Podunk! (what was nice sweaters and nice jeans, became sweatshirts/t-shirts and jeans)
34. What kept you sane? My awesome roommates
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Michael Vartan / Colin Firth
36. What political issue stirred you the most? gay rights
37. Who did you miss? Friends that I don't get to see . . Cincy (especially those who are rarely in Cincy) and now all of my friends from Purdue that I've been used to seeing so often
38. Who was the best new person you met? Becky Lattyak, so lucky with my roommate
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005: Friends are always there and supportive, NO MATTER WHAT

2 one night stands...maybe 3. thats funny! my "relationship" with sean also shoulda just been a one night stand! why did i continue to see him? i understand what ya mean!!!
